This historic 5-building 200,000 square foot office park used to be home to The American Locomotive Company (ALCO). Locomotives were built on site in the early 1900’s. The ALCO has been fully reimagined and is now home to over 15 companies, hundreds of workers and boasts large widows, high ceilings, and ample green space. ​
